Getting started
Navigating the app
Home, Calendar, Plan, Profile, Settings, and the AI coach — what each is for.
Once onboarding is done, Brick centers on four primary destinations plus Settings and an AI coach. Here is what each area is for.
Home
Your daily command center: morning brief, readiness, today's sessions, fueling and sleep targets, goal progress, and proposal banners. Start here most mornings. More: Home and morning brief.
Calendar
Week and month views of planned sessions, completed activities, and races. Reschedule, open workout details, or browse activity history. This is where you execute the plan.
Plan
Season overview — phases, limiters, training focus, races, and adaptive proposals. Pause training or recalibrate from here when life or fitness changes. See Plan, pause, and recalibrate.
Profile
Athlete profile, training availability, personal records, zones, and gear. Keep body metrics and schedule prefs current so prescriptions stay honest. Profile and schedule prefs.
Settings
Connections, notifications, subscription, and account (consent, export, delete). Opened from the sidebar on desktop or via profile/settings entry points on mobile.
AI coach
A global chat that knows your dossier — races, phase, recent sessions, targets. It explains and advises; it does not silently rewrite your calendar. Structural changes still come as proposals you approve. Philosophy: How Brick coaches.
