Using Brick
Connections and sync
Strava, intervals.icu, wearables, FIT upload, Sync now, and iCal subscribe.
Connect training and wellness providers in Settings → Connections (or during onboarding). You can use more than one source; Brick consolidates history for coaching.
Supported providers
- Strava — OAuth; activities and near-real-time sync.
- intervals.icu — athlete ID + API key; activities, wellness, Garmin workout push.
- Polar, Wahoo, WHOOP, COROS, Suunto, Hammerhead — OAuth; activities and, where available, wellness and/or workout push.
How to connect
- Open Settings → Connections.
- Choose a provider and complete OAuth (or enter intervals.icu credentials).
- Wait for the initial import, or tap Sync now.
Disconnect from the same screen when you want Brick to stop pulling that source. Revoking on the provider side also breaks sync until you reconnect.
FIT upload
Upload .FIT files from Settings → Connections when a device or platform is not connected. Useful for one-off races, loaner devices, or gaps in automatic sync.
Calendar subscribe (iCal)
Copy or rotate your iCal feed token to show Brick sessions in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or other clients. Treat the URL like a secret — anyone with it can read your training calendar.
Wellness and health consent
HRV, sleep, and similar signals only drive coaching when health-data consent is active. Without it, readiness leans on check-ins and training context. Privacy and consent.
