Terms of Service
Effective 2026-07-29. By creating a Brick account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Brick provides AI-assisted endurance training planning, workout analysis, and related features. Plans and insights are generated from the data you provide and are suggestions, not instructions.
2. Not medical advice
Brick is not a medical device and provides no medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Endurance training carries inherent risk, including serious injury and death. Consult a physician before beginning or changing a training program, especially if you have any cardiovascular or other health condition. Stop training and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, dizziness, or other warning signs. You alone decide whether to follow any suggestion the app makes.
3. Assumption of risk & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: you assume all risk arising from your training; the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind; and our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for injuries, race results, data loss caused by third-party integrations, or events beyond our reasonable control.
4. Your account & conduct
- You must be 16 or older and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
- No abuse: attempting to breach security, scrape other users' data, or overload the service results in termination.
5. Your data & licenses
You own your training data. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and analyze it to provide the service — see the Privacy Policy. Third-party integrations (Strava, intervals.icu, Garmin) are governed by their own terms.
6. AI usage limits
AI features are subject to fair-use caps (higher for paid subscribers; onboarding excluded). Deterministic features are unlimited. Current caps are shown transparently in Settings.
7. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled. On the web, payment is processed by Stripe; in the Brick iOS app, payment is processed by Apple In-App Purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
- Free trial — new subscribers may receive a 14-day trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel first.
- Cancellation — cancel anytime in Settings (web: Stripe Customer Portal; iOS: Apple subscription settings). Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds— web purchases follow Stripe's refund policy; App Store purchases follow Apple's refund policy. Contact support@brick.training for help.
- Price changes — we may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers are notified before changes take effect on renewal.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
9. Governing law & changes
Material changes to these terms bump the version and require re-acceptance. Disputes are governed by the laws of your country of residence where consumer law mandates, otherwise by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction.
